Founders Associate
This is a commercially accountable role blending coaching, account management, and revenue responsibility. You will lead group sessions with authority, drive engagement across the community platform, and conduct proactive 1:1 follow-ups to maintain momentum and close gaps before they escalate.
You will own renewal conversations, identify and convert upsell opportunities, and play a key role in generating testimonials and case studies that demonstrate impact. Internally, you will surface insights to leadership, maintain rigorous documentation, and operate with strong execution discipline.
The Profile
We are looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, coaching, or other high-growth environments. You should have a proven track record of retaining and expanding client relationships and be commercially confident handling renewals and expansion conversations.
You are a strong facilitator and communicator, highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation, founder-facing environment. You are tech fluent across CRM systems, Zoom, Slack, and community platforms.
Successful profiles often come from sales or closing backgrounds and are motivated by supporting high-performing founders at scale, while maintaining a strong commercial lens.
