The job is taking jobs from brief through to delivery. Scheduling colourists and artists against real availability, building budgets, running the client and agency relationship through the process, and getting deliverables out clean across broadcast + social.

You would likely have four or more years producing motion post, ideally in a colour and finishing environment. You know how a grade actually gets booked, what conform and VFX time really costs, and what happens to a schedule when a client moves a date.

The work is at the top end and the studio is small enough that you would own your jobs rather than administer someone else's.
