Role Overview:

As the Resource Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire life cycle of projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around three key areas: traffic management, studio operations, and people management. You will be the point person for ensuring that all projects run smoothly + efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Traffic Management:

Work closely with Producers teams to accurately assess project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.

Coordinate and allocate resources (talent, equipment, and software) to ensure seamless execution of stills and film projects.

Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track and on schedule.

Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimise project delivery.

Studio Operations:

Collaborate with our artists to ensure they have all the need to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Be a central conduit for the producing teams, artists, senior leadership team and GM in mapping out project delivery.

People Management:

Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.
