The Brief
This was a foundational hire spanning product experience and brand expression. Curio needed a Design Lead to take the design language from 0 to 1. Establishing the core system early, then applying it consistently across interfaces, identity, and advertising.
We were tasked with finding a rare designer; somebody with strong taste and structure, equally confident in product and brand, and able to translate strategy into execution across every touchpoint.
The Outcome
SXTN appointed Curio’s first Design Lead, establishing a single creative across product, brand, and comms. A hire designed to define the architecture early, elevate the advertising and communication output, and build a system that can scale with the business.
