The Brief
SIXTEEN was retained by the team at David Austin Roses to provide talent consultancy. As the CMO looked to continually develop their brand + marketing efforts across touch points and territories. The business needed a talent parter to build teams to allow for their growth and modernisation plans. Part of the challenge was to cater to the geographical demands placed on attracting the right personnel. Bringing a strategic view on what new departments would mean for the business now, and into the future, formed part of our planning with the ownership / leadership.
The Outcome
SIXTEEN handled a range of senior hires into completely new or growing verticals for the brand, in marketing, digital & content. Working in conjunction with the ownership, we tailored profiles, built JD's and ultimately hired people that could support in realising the brands ambitions.
SIXTEEN also delivered curated special project teams to deliver bespoke marketing initiatives.
