The Brief

Known for their artistic and creative sensibilities the studio were ideally placed to grow, to leverage a portfolio of industry leading work, a wonderful team and brilliant direction from a founding team. The ask; could someone take this set of wonderful component parts and take them to the next level. Through full talent discovery, we set on finding a chief commercial officer who could provide the roadmap for the growth, the strategic levers to pull, when, how & why.

The Outcome

Mapping the market, we set about creating a process with the founding team that would allow them to try on a few different ways to tackle the role, and what different profiles would bring to their business. An iterative approach designed to give flexibility to find a solution that felt like it fit now, and for the future. Designing all components of the package, we landed on Ben Hyde, a creative leader with strong pedigree in executive leadership, growth and sales. +1 year on - Imagine are growing.
