The Brief
The assignment was to partner with the team to identify Producers capable of strengthening operational delivery and supporting the studio. The role demanded someone who could manage briefs end-to-end, coordinate complex schedules, and work fluently with stylists, clients, and production partners. The focus was on finding a permanent hires who spoke the language of creative practice, understood luxury standards, and could support sustained growth and elevated output.
