The Brief

We were tasked with a global mandate. Hires covering New York, Los Angeles & London. A COO to lead in-market from NY driving a team of +800 through transformation whilst reporting into global board. Growth Leaders out of London to drive adoption across the Groupe and leverage external opportunity. Through to leaders in entertainment on the west coast, to provide in-market leadership and strategic guidance to cater to their technology and entertainment clients.

The Outcome

An executive search assignment without borders; resulted in a new COO placed into post within 8 weeks, relocated from Amsterdam. Who has provided strategic cohesion and a platform for growth through technology, AI thought leadership and change management. Growth leaders hired from best-in-class businesses to drive the sales lifecycle, specifically across technology & AI and its uses for current and existing enterprise clients. Full research and reporting of all big legacy media players in LA, including, Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Paramount et al - to shape talent strategy and profiling for new org. A fully furnished leadership bench to steer a once in a generation team build.
