Flightstory were looking to add to their board - currently one of the most dynamic, entrepreneurial and modern set of thinkers in the creative industries. A CFO to provide strategic guidance, governance and continue to support in standing-up a high growth international operation. Somebody who could hang with an exceptionally high bar, when it comes to pace and execution. A strategic finance leader to work instep with Steven, investment teams & a private wealth office.
The Outcome
An executive search assignment that involved looking for the 1%. A stringent set of criteria to find a unicorn financial leader; who had the fiscal acumen, understanding of new media landscape & ability to leverage modern practice to instigate growth. Coupled with the entrepreneurial drive and acumen to go with a leadership cohort on a mission to be one of the biggest and best creative companies in the world. Providing a shortlist of 10 people to choose from, we took Flightstory on a journey to define their ask and how to realise their ambitions. Watch this space.
