We are working with a music led creative agency operating at the intersection of sound, culture and brand. They are looking to hire a Growth Director to lead their expansion in Paris. This role is centred on building direct relationships with brands through the lens of music, talent and sonic identity. You will be responsible for opening doors, shaping partnerships and positioning the agency as a credible cultural partner within the region. The role Drive new business across fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands Build and develop senior client relationships in Paris Translate music and sound led thinking into commercial opportunities Leverage existing global work and partnerships to unlock new conversations Act as a key voice in market positioning and growth strategy

We are partnering with a production and post studio looking to bring in a senior, fractional new business lead to drive growth across both disciplines. This is a strategic and commercial role focused on generating new opportunities, building relationships and shaping how the studio shows up in market. They don't have an offering in the UK, so this would be first boots on the ground.
